The animals well being does not come first in this store, money does. When i was there, he gave a cockatoo coffee. Birds can NOT drink coffee. He also had two fully grown macaws in a small cage. I had gone twice because the cockatiels i got died the next day and he gave me another to which it also died the next day. I hope the animals get taken away and sent to someone who will better care for them.

Not sure how this place has 5 stars. just moved to Kissimmee and wanted to check out the local pet stores for my birds and reptiles. came here and you can immediately tell they don't care of their animals. all the birds look ill and terrified. some had dead birds (quail or chick i believe) in their containers. cages and food were dirty and smell horrible. Had high hopes but I feel sad for the birds staying there.

This place is DISGUSTING! Walking in the stench was awful. Puppies on the floor with no water, food,or pee pads. Looked sickly. Rabbits in tiny tubs. Again no food or anything. Guinea pigs the same situation and on the floor. Bird room.... I don't know where to begin. Over packed,tiny FILTHY cages. No perches in half of them. Birds in aquariums! They're not fish!! Over half birds looked sick. Zero toys. Zero food. Zero water. Not a single human in sight. This place needs closed down and animals taken to the vet ASAP! Will be making as many phone calls as it takes to help make that happen! You're a disgrace and disgusting piece of work!

They sold me a sick, dying bunny with head tilt. The place stinks and the parrots are next to other animals with can give them disease. I bonded my bunny with the one I bought just for him to die. someone report this place to the agriculture department!!!!

i recently bought a love bird here on january he told me it was a “baby” and that was a girl and that’s why it didn’t had feathers, the days passed and the bird started losing more and more feathers i took him to the vet and they first told me it was a boy then i took him to another vet and told me they sold me the bird with a virus and is contagious and it’s really difficult to get rid of the bird recently died i went there and asked them why and they just told me to pour vinegar on them obviously didn’t worked and he died today so mad and disgusted don’t buy your birds here ! (i gave the bird the proper food and diet and the care he needed)

Great family owned stores with beautiful animals. We brought a two cockatiels and got a great deal on the cage and a breeding box. Owner set up the box and everything. Super friendly owner definitely recommended any first time pet owners check out this great mom and pop pet store

I bought a pair of zebra finch birds as a Christmas present for my daughter. The female had 3 eggs and they hatched with no problems. After the 3 baby's are adults and in separate cages the female dies, we get another to replace the female and 2 weeks later the new female dies. They had me take the bird back to replace with another female but younger because it's beak was still black. After almost a month or so the female is now a male with a black line on its eyes and orange cheeks. They have been in business for years but I guess they are at the point where they don't care. Not buying from them again, will prefer to go to another pet shop even if i have to drive a distance.
